Where is the location?
Our sessions take place in Middle Park, 4074 (Air conditioned studio)

How much do the photos cost?
The package includes 5 edited digital images for $250.

What if I want more photos?
Once you see your gallery, you can choose additional images. Individual photos are $30 each, or you can purchase the entire gallery for $125.

Are the photos edited?
Absolutely! Each photo is individually edited. If you have specific requests, like removing blemishes, just let us know!

Can we change our outfits?
Since it’s a short session, extensive outfit changes might be challenging. However, a quick change (like into Christmas PJs) for a special shot usually works well.

Can I bring pets?
Yes, we love pets! Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for extra cleaning time. There’s no additional fee for pets; just keep them close throughout the session.

What dates are available for sessions?
Sessions are available on Saturday 16th, Sunday 17th and Saturday 30th November 2024.

I can’t make those dates. What should I do?
Contact us ASAP to be placed on our waiting list. Last year, we added another date in December for those on the waiting list.

I need to reschedule. What should I do?
Please reach out as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate a date swap. Once we’re fully booked, rescheduling may not be possible.

What if I’m late?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to account for traffic and parking. If you arrive late, you might miss your time slot or have a rushed session, as we have back-to-back bookings throughout the day.

What is the age group for the sessions?
Our Christmas mini sessions are perfect for all ages! For newborns or babies who can’t sit up, parents will need to hold them or have them posed lying down. Please note, the backdrop may not be fully visible for lying-down poses.

How many people can attend?
Our setup is designed for immediate families, with a maximum limit of 5 people. If you’d like to include extended family or additional relatives, we suggest booking two back-to-back sessions to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Do you offer prints?
The $250 package doesn’t include prints, but don’t worry! You can easily order your favourite photos as prints afterward.

What prints and products are available?
We offer a wide variety of beautiful print options to suit you. Our popular Christmas tree metal ornaments are a favourite every year. We also have wood prints in various shapes (circular, rectangular, etc.), available with a special “Merry Christmas” stand. You’ll love our metal prints on wooden stands with festive engravings. Other options include ice blocks, matted prints, classic frames in different sizes and colours, and canvases. 

You’ll have the chance to see samples during your session and can place an order either on the day or after receiving your gallery.
